• Individual

Healing and growth are possible for each of us, and a genuine relationship with a compassionate therapist can be the start of getting un-stuck. I have a particular interest in anxiety and identity work, and approach each client with curiosity and collaboration.

  • Perinatal

New parenthood is full of paradoxes. You’re exhausted, but you can’t sleep. You love your baby, but it’s hard to like someone who screams at you all day. You need help, but you don’t know who to ask or what to ask for. Finding support and taking care of yourself is a great first step– healthy parents grow healthy families. Therapy is a safe place to sort through your unsettling thoughts and tap into your inner-strengths and resources.

  • Couples

Relationships sometimes need extra care and a fresh perspective. Having kids around doesn’t make communication, alone time, or connection any easier. In couples therapy, we hold space for each person’s perspective and work on healthy and sustainable relationship habits.
